The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" means the desa4d website accessible at https://desa4d.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or is browsing the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account held with desa4d.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds currently held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by desa4d subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant bonus offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be bet before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by desa4d to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment ownership.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.
• "IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the default transaction currency for Indonesian players on the Platform.

To open an account and use desa4d, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older.
2. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a resident of, or located in, a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national or local law.
4. You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of desa4d or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or third-party service providers.
5. You must not be a close family member (parent, sibling, spouse, child) of any such employee, director, or officer.
6. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with desa4d or be subject to a self-exclusion order that remains active.

To access the full range of betting and gaming products on desa4d, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity, payment method, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. desa4d will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify desa4d immediately at [email protected] so that the account can be secured.
• Non-Transferability: Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any third party to use your account or credentials.

desa4d is committed to operating responsibly and maintaining the integrity of the Platform. As part of this commitment, we may require Players to complete identity verification at any point, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above minimum thresholds.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport as proof of identity and age.
• A bank account statement or screenshot showing your name and account number, confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if required for enhanced verification.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is completed satisfactorily. desa4d reserves the right to withhold funds from unverified accounts pending successful completion of the KYC process.

desa4d supports a comprehensive range of local Indonesian payment methods to make funding your account as convenient as possible. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Accepted Methods: Bank BCA, Bank BRI, Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum Deposit: The standard minimum deposit is Rp 10,000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method.
• Processing Speed: Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. E-wallet deposits (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly in most cases.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Currency: All transactions on desa4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Foreign currency deposits may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Limits: desa4d reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the platform or individual account level. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings.

desa4d is committed to processing player withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The standard minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Specific payment methods may have different minimum thresholds.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 minutes to your registered bank account or e-wallet. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Verified Accounts Only: Withdrawals will only be released to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal facilities suspended until verification is complete.
• Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds derived from bonus credits may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.

desa4d offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers. Specific bonus terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the stated criteria at the time the bonus is claimed. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Requirements must be met within the stated validity window.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100%. Slot games may contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published with each bonus offer.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without notice.
• Abuse Prevention: desa4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any resulting winnings, and suspend an account if it determines that a player is exploiting, abusing, or circumventing bonus terms — including through arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies, or the use of multiple accounts.
• Modification: desa4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring terms already accepted by eligible players.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on desa4d. Product-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, slots, togel) are published within each product section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by desa4d. We reserve the right to decline or limit any bet at our discretion without providing a reason.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each betting market or game interface. These limits may vary by market, event, or individual account.
• Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or obvious pricing error, desa4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's balance. Winnings arising from technical errors or manifest pricing mistakes are not valid and will not be paid.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (FIFA, PSSI, BWF, etc.) at the time the result is confirmed. desa4d's decision on settlement is final.
• Prohibited Strategies: The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical aids to place bets is strictly prohibited. Accounts found using such tools will be suspended immediately.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events in which you have any involvement, or which you know or suspect to be subject to match-fixing or corruption, is a serious violation of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on desa4d. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games or poker.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing desa4d staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy service to disguise your true location.
• Sharing account credentials with a third party or allowing a third party to operate your account.

desa4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court order, or regulatory directive requiring account closure.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, desa4d reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after standard KYC checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, desa4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

desa4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit desa4d's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

desa4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance only.

desa4d operates as an internationally licensed online betting platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its international gaming license.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body as designated by desa4d. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Indonesian players retain all consumer protection rights afforded to them under applicable Indonesian law to the extent such rights cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
